JTC Food Hub @ SENOKO is the brainchild of the Singapore Food Manufacturers' Association (SFMA) and Singapore Manufacturing Federation (SMF) together with Jurong Town Corporation (JTC) Specially design to cater for the growing food sector.

This Factory aims to help food companies with an integrated Cold Rooms and Warehouse Facility (CWF) that helps companies to reduce food logistics and warehouse space which can translate into more kitchen and processing areas. In addition, the 3rd party operator of the CWF also offers logistic support for deliveries to reduce the number of delivery fleet required.

Armed with the above cost savings facilities and services, the modular food factory units is well equipped with 400 Amps of electricity, 40 footer container access  with dock levelers right at the doorstep for ease of loading/unloading and grease trap, exhaust shaft as standard.
