CT Food Chain located within the mature Pandan Food Zone, western of Singapore. It is the latest addition to the food factory supply in 2019.

The proposed development comprises 30 units with mezzanine office from 1st to 3rd storey and 68 units with single production floor from 4th to 10th storey. Each unit has the necessary features such as exhaust ducting provision, grease/floor trap, attached toilet, refuse chutes/bin points etc for users to obtain license from the Singapore Food Authority (SFA). Although this is a ramped up development, there are also 2 separate lifts to cater for Raw and Cooked Food.

CT Food Chain is accessible viathe West Coast Highway, Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE) and Marina Coastal Expressway (MCE). It is also in close proximity to the Jurong Fishery Port, Jurong Lake District and the proposed High Speed Railway.
