Gourmet East Kitchen is originally built by Housing Development Board (HDB) and is currently managed by Jurong Town Corporation (JTC). Majority of the units are for rental with just a handful of the units sold on 30-year lease.

Located in the East of Singapore, Gourmet East Kitchen is a 6-storey multi-user ramp up building with sizes ranging from 1700 sqft to 2400 sqft. The units are of regular layout with a separate mezzanine office area, exhaust provision, high ceiling and grease trap. JTC food factory units are highly sought after and very rarely will there be vacant unit release by JTC for bidding.

Gourmet East Kitchen is connected to other parts of Singapore via the Pan-Island Expressway (PIE) and the Simei MRT Station is in close proximity. In addition, being located near the Bedok and Simei housing estate makes it easier to tap on the ready labour supply.
