Bedok Food City is built with the intention of relocating the Jurong Town Corporation (JTC) tenants from Defu and Aljunied. The building is projected to be completed by 2020.
​
Located in the East of Singapore, Bedok Food City is a 5-storey multi-tenanted ramp up building with sizes ranging from 2,500 sqft to 14,500 sqft. The building is designed with the requirements of the relocated tenants in mind. This new building has all the specifications such as regular layout, wide driveway, exhaust provision, attached toillet required by the Singapore Food Authority (SFA). In addition, this is the first multi-tenanted food factory that has a workers’ dormitory on the mezzanine floor of each unit.

Bedok Food City is connected to other parts of Singapore via the Pan-Island Expressway (PIE) and the Simei MRT Station is in close proximity.
